Electronic Recycling are delighted to announce the updating of our ISO9001-2015 Certification
The disruption caused to our business by Covid-19 allowed us to evaluate all aspects of Electronic Recycling’s business, specifically a review of our Integrated Management System that includes our Quality Procedures.
It was decided that rather than a review and tweak of the ISO 9001 process we would go for a full Top Down, Bottom Up re-evaluation of all our Processes and Quality Procedures.
The project was driven by our Managing Director Bryan Palmer and, working with CG Business Consulting and all members of staff, every aspect of our business process was scrutinised in great detail to confirm compliance with the most up to date requirements of ISO9001-2015
We are happy to say that other than some rewriting of Procedure and Control Documents we passed with flying colours and we have received our new ISO9001-2015 Certificate from EQA
Quality of service has always been a top priority at Electronic Recycling and we look forward to being of continued service to our valued customers who can be secure in the knowledge that it is not just us who say that our service to the highest standard of quality
