The main obligations are as follows
Must Register with The Producer Register Limited
Must hold a Certificate of Registration, and Certificate of Membership of a Battery Compliance Scheme
Must Report details of batteries placed on the market every month to The Producer Register Limited Blackbox
Must Finance the future management and recycling of material at end of life
Must Provide take-back and recycling information to the end user
The Product must be clearly marked with a Crossed out wheelie bin and CE, RoHS
Must comply with RoHS Regulations
